SOUL care Circle.png

Start the spring season with some self introspection and register for our next sister circle.

Are you currently engaging in the healing process to: break generational curses, manifest abundance, face trauma, and build stronger bonds with yourself and others? However, are you feeling unheard, misunderstood, and unengaged due to a lack of connection and trust in the process?

If you answered yes to any of those questions- then this is for you!

Sister circles are safe spaces for women of color to share their experiences with like minded folks that understand.

Join SOUL Care, a storytelling space to relearn and redefine your story. It's an intentional sister circle where you will align with other WOC looking to gain a new perspective on life's journeys.

Together, we will lay a new foundation. You will learn how to share the unique experiences that make you, YOU. We will be using storytelling to:

  • Reconnect with self to gain clarity in life.

  • Learn new therapeutic practices and gain resources for taking action, for example, boundary setting, CBT techniques, mindfulness, etc.

  • Understand how our personal stories are impactful.

SOUL Care is a sister circle where you get to see your fullest potential, and learn how to ebb and flow with life's ups and downs. Together, we will nourish spontaneity and release ourselves from self-constraints.
