Do you ever feel invisible, like no one sees the real you? Do you ever feel like you need to be perfect all the time? Do you ever feel the need to maintain unrealistic expectations to avoid
feelings of failure? Do you have negative emotions, people, or habits that are hard to remove in your life?

If you are reading this, please take a moment and be proud of yourself because you have already started your healing journey. While on this site, you may be experiencing feelings of unsureness, fear, or worry, or asking yourself, what does it mean to have a therapist? My mission is to provide a safe place where you don’t have to be anyone but yourself. An environment that gives you space to talk about difficult life stressors, trauma, and supports your journey in creating more satisfying and healthy relationships with yourself and others. In this space, you can be the you that sometimes goes unnoticed or underappreciated. So please, come as you are because that is more than enough.
