FAQs

Is therapy right for me?

Therapy is a space to explore your feelings/thoughts and process life events, in a place that is free of judgement. Some women choose to seek therapy for reasons such as anxiety, depression, to improve their relationships with self & others, or grief/loss. Other times, therapy can also feel like a relief during difficult transitions like starting a new job, dealing with a breakup, dealing with changes with your body or being a first time parent. Therapy is for anyone who is  looking to learn more about themselves and desiring change in their day to day.

What can I expect from a consultation?

In our 15 Min consultations, one of our staff will reach out to get a sense of what you’re seeking. After we hear from you & answer any questions, an appointment is scheduled. Consultations are put in place to help you get a sense of what it would be like working together. To book your FREE consultation, click here.

Do you accept insurance?

We accept limited insurance plan through headway! (Aetna, Cigna, United HealthCare, Oscar Health & Oxford)

If your insurance is not listed above, some plans do offer assistance with covering costs for “out-of-network” providers. To learn more, contact your health insurance plan to inquire about your “out of network” benefits and ask the following:

  • Do I have coverage for “out-of-network” mental health services?

  • If so, do you reimburse? What is the process?

  • Do I have a deductible to meet? What is it?

  • How much does my plan cover for CPT code 90834 for an out-of-network provider?

If you have “out-of-network” benefits, we can provide you with invoices & superbills that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all debit/credit/HSA cards

We accept Loveland Foundation Vouchers
